A deployer wallet is the address that submitted the transaction creating a given contract, and, by extension, the address on-chain records treat as the token's originator until administrative control is provably transferred. Hoodpedia's editorial standard files deployer addresses, not the individuals who may or may not control them.
A blockchain records addresses, not identities. A deployer wallet is a verifiable, permanent, publicly queryable fact — the transaction that created a contract has a sender, and that sender is a matter of chain record, not opinion. Whoever controls the private key behind that address is not a fact the chain discloses, and Hoodpedia does not speculate about it.
This is the basis of Editorial Rule 2 (see Hoodpedia): registry entries describe what a deployer address did — sent funds, called a function, moved liquidity — never who is presumed to be behind it.
A typical infobox row for a token entry lists the deployer address, often truncated for display with a link to a chain explorer for the full value. Where a deployer wallet's post-launch activity is itself the subject of an entry — for example, moving a curve's accumulated reserve shortly after graduation — that activity is documented under the Rug Registry with the address as the named subject.
