Every Rug Registry filing documents wallet addresses and on-chain transactions, never persons. Entries state on-chain facts with resolvable receipts — a transaction, a contract, or an archived public source cited inline — and are not legal conclusions. Claimed pages carry a labeled statement from the deployer address; the statement never edits or replaces the underlying filing. See editorial rules for the full policy.
